All you need to know about the deliery of our products.

Where we deliver to

We can deliver to any mainland? UK address, this can either be your business premises or your customers address, however cost and delivery times can vary depending on the location and size of consignment.

To give you the best deal possible we keep our freight and packaging at cost price.

Alternatively you can pick up your goods from our warehouse in Shrewsbury free of charge. A location map is shown on this page.

Delivery and Returns

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment. Please ensure that your order is placed by no later than 10 am if next day delivery is required (with the exception of bank holidays and weekends).

The majority of our orders are bulky packages that will require someone to be available to take delivery. We are happy to deliver to a work address if this is more convenient for you.

N.B We will not cover any charges incurred for re-delivery of goods, these will be passed on to you the customer should they arise.

Proof of postage will be obtained when sending your goods. We cannot accept responsibility beyond this point for loss or damage in transit. Should you wish to collect your order in person, please call on 01743 298160 to make arrangements and for directions. We are located in Harlescott/ Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase of any item in its original undamaged packaging. Please obtain proof of posting when returning items. We regret that returns postage is not refundable. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to products whilst in transit to us. Please see section refund policy of our terms and conditions for full details.

Valid refunds will be paid in full within 14 days of receiving your returns.

Delivery FAQ's

How much does UK delivery cost and how long does it take?

The cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the order. Also, delivery cost will vary depending on the location and service required. We invariably try to ship on either a 24 or 48 hour delivery & will only charge our freight at cost price.

What if I want my products the same day?

Same day deliveries may be requested but the order must be placed prior to 10 am and be paid for in advance. We cannot guarantee same day delivery, however we will endeavour to meet your delivery demands.

Do you deliver at weekends?

If required we can organise deliveries for Saturdays only. Please contact for details.

Where do you deliver in the UK?

We can deliver to all parts of the UK, however please be aware that the cost and delivery time may vary depending on where you are located and size of goods being delivered.

Can I choose a delivery day?

Yes, but please give us enough notice to meet your delivery schedule.

What happens if my goods are damaged upon delivery?

Please always check that the order is correct and not damaged before signing for it.

If your order is damaged upon delivery please sign for as incomplete and contact Energy Equipment immediately. We will investigate this for you, and resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.

My order is missing some parts what do I do?

What if my components are out of stock

If your product is out of stock, please speak to Energy Equipment ASAP, we will then check the stock situation and inform you when the goods will next be available. We will always try to ensure any goods which are out of stock are available within a few days.

Warehouse collection

Please let us know by no later than 1pm the day before you intend to pick up your goods. This service is free of charge. Please select collection from the checkout delivery options price.
