I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

If you should be missing anything from your order when it arrives please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to advise on Tel: 01743 298160 so we can resolve the issue for you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item in my order?

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item amongst your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to advise us of the details so we can look to resolve the issue for you.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

If in the unlikely event your item is faulty and you need to return this to us then yes we will cover any associated shipping costs. However, please note that that any unwanted or unrequired goods will need to be returned at your own expense.


Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

If for any reason we are unable to send the items you've ordered then a refund will be made back on to the form of payment used to make the purchase and an email issued to advise you accordingly.

How can I search to find products on the website?

Items are listed in categories or can be found using the search bar located at the top of every page. If for any reason you can't find what you're looking for then please call us as not every item we carry is listed and we will be able to help you find it.

I can't find what I'm looking for can you help?

If you're struggling to find items and would like help then please contact us on 01743 298160 and we'd be only too happy to help. We carry additional stock to that shown on our website so it may be that it's just not listed.


What is your return policy?

Should you no longer need your goods then we will accept returns within 14 working days of receiving them. Please ensure that these are returned to us in their original packaging in re-saleable condition for a full refund following our returns policy procedure.

Please note that return delivery cost is your responsibility and that using a tracked service is advised.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed within 48hours of receiving your returned goods back to the payment form used to make the original purchase. Please refer to our returns policy for information.

What if the goods are not what I expected?

In the event that the goods aren’t required or what you expected then we offer a full Money Back Guarantee. Please refer to and follow our returns procedure details on how to arrange your refund.
